Ingredients
Green plantains: 4 (peeled and sliced)
Garlic: 4 cloves (minced)
Chicharrones (pork cracklings): 1 cup (crushed)

Instructions
Start by peeling and slicing the 4 green plantains into rounds.
Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the sliced plantains in batches until they turn golden brown and are cooked through. Be sure to turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once the plantains are cooked, remove them from the pan and drain on paper towels.
