Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Due to our commitment to processing orders swiftly, this window can be brief.

Modification of Orders

If you need to change the details of your order, such as shipping address or product choices, please reach out to us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.

Out of Stock Items

On rare occasions, items you've ordered might be out of stock after the order has been processed. In such cases, our team will promptly contact you with options, which may include:

  • Waiting for the item to be restocked.

  • Replacing the out-of-stock item with another product of your choice.

  • Receiving a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Unable to Cancel

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please refer to our Return Policy upon receiving the item.

Exchange Policy.

At Kannabu, our goal is to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you might receive a product that isn't what you expected or has some issue. Our Exchange Policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.

Eligibility

Domestic Orders Only: We currently offer exchanges only for orders placed within the United States. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Opened/Used Products: If you've opened or used a product and it didn't meet your expectations or you've changed your mind, you're eligible for an exchange.

  • Unopened/Unused Products: Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Exchange Period

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.

Exchange Process for Opened/Used Products

  • Initiate the Exchange: Contact our Customer Care Team with your order details and the reason for your exchange.

  • Send Back the Product: Even if the product is opened or partially used, please package it securely. Ensure to include the invoice or order slip.

  • Choose Your Replacement: After we receive and inspect the product, you can opt for another product of equal value or get a credit towards a more expensive item. If the replacement you choose is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Note: Exchanges for opened/used products are limited to one exchange per order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on products that have been excessively used or tampered with.

Shipping for Exchanges

Reach Out: Before sending any product back, contact our Customer Care Team at CustomerCare@kannabu.com. Provide them with your order number, details about the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so this step is for your protection.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If the product is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange as per your instructions.

Completion: We will notify you once your exchange is processed.

Out-of-Stock Items

In cases where the replacement product you want is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer the following options:

  • Wait for the item to be back in stock.

  • Opt for another available product.

  • Get a store credit for a future purchase.
