Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free delivery on all retail orders in the contiguous 48 states via UPS, USPS, or FedEx with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1 to 5 Days. Wholesale orders are excluded from free shipping.

Note: This option is not available for orders from Hawaii or Alaska.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee in all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. You can choose this during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Every order is important to us. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email, so you can follow its journey.

Safety Measures

For orders above $500, a “signature on delivery” is mandatory.

To ensure security, the shipping and billing addresses must be identical. This measure minimizes risks of fraud and ensures your purchase reaches the correct destination.

External Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some external factors can occasionally delay shipment. These may include adverse weather conditions, strikes, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen disruptions. Lost Packages

Incorrect Address Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please reach out to our support team. We'll verify the address against what was provided during the ordering process. If the error is on our part, we'll re-ship your order immediately at no additional cost to you.

If the address error originated from the order details you provided, we can resend the package upon its return, but there might be additional shipping charges.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are predominantly weight-based.

Following industry standards, weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound when calculating shipping costs.

Shipping to Brazil and Canada

If you are ordering from Brazil or Canada, you can seamlessly complete your order via our website's checkout process.

Other International Destinations

For countries other than Brazil and Canada, please email us at CustomerCare@Kannabu.com with the items you wish to purchase and your shipping address.

We will provide a shipping quote and, upon agreement, send an invoice for payment.

Import Fees and Customs

Customers are accountable for any import, customs, or local tax fees that might be applied when receiving the package.

Additionally, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure their orders meet the legal requirements for customs clearance in their country. Kannabu does not bear the costs of these fees and is not responsible for any issues related to customs clearance.

Currency & Payments

All our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).

Domestic Returns Policy

Kannabu offers free domestic returns on products purchased directly from us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and unused. Always retain your proof of purchase or receipt for streamlined service.

Damaged or Defective Products
