Ingredients

  • 1 cup Salvare Hemp Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (unsweetened and creamy)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 15 drops liquid stevia or to taste (or any keto-friendly sweetener)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine hemp protein powder, almond flour, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal. Mix well.

  2. Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the dry ingredients. Mix until well incorporated.

  3. Add liquid stevia (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener) and mix well. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to your preference.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour or until firm.

  7. Store the power bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
