Chia and Hemp Heart Pudding with Fresh Strawberries

Our Chia and Hemp Heart Pudding with Fresh Strawberries is a healthy and delightful dessert.

Servings: 2 bowls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup Salvare Hemp Hearts

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener of your choice (e.g., erythritol or stevia) or to taste

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl or mason jar, combine chia seeds, hemp hearts, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, sugar-free sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps of chia seeds and hemp hearts are evenly distributed.

  2. Cover the bowl or mason jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.

  3. After the chia and hemp heart pudding has set, give it a good stir to ensure even distribution of the seeds. If the pudding is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Top your chia and hemp heart pudding with sliced strawberries before serving. Enjoy your vegan, gluten-free, and keto-friendly chia and hemp heart pudding!

  5. Optional: Add other toppings like chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs for extra flavor and texture.
