Salad Ingredients
4 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup Salvare Hemp Hearts
1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Citrus Vinaigrette Ingredients
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Kannabu Öljy Reserve Hemp Oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, hemp hearts, red bell pepper, red onion, and orange sections.
In a small jar or bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, and pepper. Shake or whisk until well combined.
