Hemp Vanilla Milk
This Hemp Vanilla Milk is a fast, easy, and nutritious way to enjoy plant-based milk at home—just blend, strain, and sip!
Servings: 1.5 cups (12 oz)
Ingredients
8 oz water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey or artificial sweetener
Instructions
Add 40g of hemp hearts and 8 oz of water to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 30-40 seconds until the mixture is well combined.
Incorporate the vanilla extract and blend for another 10 seconds.
If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey or an artificial sweetener. Blend briefly to combine.
Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a jug to remove the pulp.
Store your Hemp Vanilla Milk in the refrigerator. Make sure to shake it well before each use. Best consumed within 2-3 days.
